Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
Project Size: 6,250 SF
Project Description: Adding a machine foundation to an existing manufacturing facility.
Specific Challenge: Removing an existing floor slab and sub-base inside an existing facility. Forming and pouring a foundation 6′ deep with slopes, trenches, anchor points, and pedestals to meet the needs of the customer.
Today’s sophisticated machinery requires a solid foundation to operate properly. That means strength to carry the weight, isolation to avoid vibration, and precise dimensions for operations and maintenance. Concrete is unforgiving and has to be done right the first time.
