Vision

Vision Real Estate purchased an existing Butler Building that we constructed in 1994.  They contracted with us to add 33,840 SF to the existing 17,280 SF structure.  We installed new masonry and shadowall paneling on the existing building to match the new structure to make the entire exterior look brand new.  Note the roof on the original building.  Even though it’s 28 years old, that MR-24 standing seam roof still has another 20 years before replacement should be considered.
